Brief description

The justification of models and technologies for supporting design of information-control complexes (ICC). Method: systematic analysis, structuring methods, methods of organizing complex expertise. Result and conclusions: In accordance with the proposed concept, the term information control complex refers to a system of organizational structures that ensure the functioning and development of information environment and communication tools, it means that ICC includes a set of information resources, communication systems, and that ICC ensures consumer access to information resources based on developed models and algorithms.
