Краткое описание

Modern requirements for engineers relate not only to their professional activities. Requirements for engineers are the ability to make complex management decisions, to work in a team, to analyze the state of the market and so on. This is especially important for personnel who are engaged in the development of complex equipment products. Work in the project team for the development of data storage systems clearly demonstrates this. The required skills are acquired through so-called «background knowledge». This knowledge is not lie in the sphere of professional activities. The quality of the engineer’s training is laid by the humanities. The engineer must be prepared for active cooperation and product promotion in the market.
