Краткое описание

The article analyzes the state of the problem of the potential feasibility of complicated systems, which is currently poorly understood. At the same time, since it is predicted that innovative technologies of the fourth industrial revolution will have a significant impact on human living conditions, bring them closer to living, self-organizing systems, the importance of studying this problem increases. Therefore, on this article: a) a brief history of awareness of the need to consider the potential effectiveness and potential feasibility of complicated systems is considered; b) the regularities of systems that were generalized in the 1970s are characterized; c) examples of the application of regularities of potential feasibility of the system is provided; d) and we propose the further development of the concept of the potential feasibility of the complicated systems. based into according the unified general-system principle of the of nature, the regularities of emergence, progressive systematization and progressive factorization the law of “necessary diversity” W. R. Ashby, the limit laws of reliability, noise immunity, controllability, and other qualities of the system, using the regularities of goal-formation and other regularities of system theory.
