Brief description

The article justifies the feasibility of developing and implementing an automated system “Investment Planning and Control” to optimize the existing business processes of the oil refinery related to investment activities. The key business processes of the enterprise in the field of investment were analyzed, the main problems related to the development, approval and coordination of investment projects and programs, as well as control at the stage of their implementation were identified. The project stages are considered, as well as their peculiarities are identified taking into account the specifics of the enterprise activity. The process of development and implementation of an automated system allowing to manage investment activities at the research site is described, the effectiveness of this implementation is evaluated, recommendations for its further development and use are given.
