Разработка инновационного ИТ-проекта и управление человеческими ресурсами в проекте
The report focuses on the problem of assessing the need of implementation of information systems in the modern company. As an example the results of analysis of the management system in company «RAND» (St.Petersburg) is given, and «bottlenecks» where automation is necessary in this company are revealed. The project of information systems implementation in the company was designed. The methodology SAT GEM, system approach, methods of the complex examinations are used. In the second part of the work the two groups of methods used in team management practice are explained: methods and models based on the structural (target-oriented) approach; and methods based on personal (psychosocial) approach. Recommendations of using these groups of methods in managing project teams are given.
